My redeem codes don't seem to work

I'm new to collecting and saw the redeem codes and tried it, I clicked the redeem thing after typing in the 13 digit code but it does nothing. I got the pack a few days ago and just noticed it and decided to redeem it and thats how I found out it wasn't working.
