hi why can't i start the game, i tried to solve almost all the problems, still nothing, someone knows when i start the game, the pop-up window with the pokeball disappears and nothing happens anymore

    I cleaned the dns, I let it go through the firewall, I changed the time zone, the drivers are ok, windows 10, then what could it be?

    I turned off the passage through the firewall, reduced the screen resolution but still nothing... sorry for that many posts
