issues redeeming codes online

i recently bought 400 random codes online and as of typing this out every time i try to redeem a code it keeps saying the server cannot connect dude to the recapchta which is annoying. Now because of it i can only use 1 code at a time while this pop up constantly pops up. when i have it filled with codes, all the stuff gets deleted cause of the same pop up. When is this gonna get resolved?
