When will the official team fix error 10011?
Many people have mentioned this issue. Has the 10011 login problem been truly resolved by anyone?
While there's a suggestion that the 10011 bug might be related to excessive account cache data in the game, addressing this bug may or may not lead to more severe issues in the overall game.
It's possible that this issue might become more prevalent in the future. Hopefully, the official team takes it seriously and addresses the problem effectively.
I understand how frustrating it is not being able to log in, especially with an account you've played for over five years. Hopefully, a solution will be found soon.

Here is the BUGS & FEEDBACK discussion forum. The official team should promptly address and resolve the issue, instead of waiting for all players to report login problems before taking action.
Moreover, the confirmation of error code 10011 occurring in regions where normal gameplay is possible indicates that the issue is not limited to specific areas. I feel that the official team is more inclined to avoid addressing this problem directly. They often use "under investigation" or claim that it falls outside their business scope as excuses. While the game is enjoyable, I hope they will be more receptive to player feedback.
If the game truly cannot resolve the issue with error code 10011, I hope they consider reverting to the PTCGO version instead of having a game plagued with numerous bugs and login problems.
