Error 10011

Hi, I believe pokemon tcg live announced its global release. I gave it a try just to fail to have access from the beginning.

it keeps looping and giving 10011 error message. How are players playing when it’s uncomfortable to even start pokemon TCG LIVE

    I would report it to the support team, several of us have this issue so if more people respond, the more likely pokemon will actually do something about it

    I still have this problem after 4 days and no fix. I even reinstalled the game and didn't fix it

    i have the same problems, on windows, already using canada vpn and try other wifi even hotspot, please help !

    Not me hoping this would have been fixed in the security update somehow....
