Mewtwo 151 Reflective Barrier bug: double turbo reduce dmg counters and an extra confusion flip?

I don't think PTCGL interaction is correct on Mewtwo from 151. Both with double turbo energy and the confusion special condition.

Card attack text:

Reflective Barrier (20)

During your opponent's next turn, if this Pokemon is damaged by an attack (even if it is Knocked out), put damage counters on the Attacking Pokemon equal to the damage done to this Pokemon.

-On my turn, my Mewtwo with a double turbo was confused, it flipped heads to allow attack, used reflective barrier (for 0 damage as expected)

-Opponent pokemon braixen v attacked into it for 120

-My Mewtwo had to flip the coin again for confusion to put the damage counters on braixen (seems incorrect since i wasnt attacking again and only using the effect of the previous attack)

-Then my Mewtwo damage counters back to the opponent was reduced by its double turbo (100)

I don't think this is correct. Not totally sure about the 2nd confusion coin flip, could be wrong there, but definitely by the wording of the card text I should have put 120 worth of damage counters (which is not affected by DTE)
