Unexpected server error

Hello, I’m a player living in France. Each time I try to matchup for a game, it gives me back the « unexpected server error » message. I don’t use any third party apps, I am using only my iPhone and IOS.
i don’t have any way to change my VPN within the app. Can someone help me pls with this issue? The ticketing support is soooo slow. I don’t even get a qualified answer.

It's the same on Android and support doesn't ever tell me anything after 3 tickets.
It's been like this for 2 weeks and it's getting annoying
