Where are all my old decks and boosters from the previous app?
So my kids finally got back into pokemon cards. I had to install the updated app and remove the old one which wasn't very straightforward since there have apparently been some serious changes to the whole pokemon system and how all the games and apps have been linked. After finally getting into the TCG Live app we're back to having absolutely nothing. When I try to scan the QR codes of the old decks (such as V Battle Victini vs Gardevoir or Blastoise vs Venusaur) it tells me they were used by a different account. I've only ever used this one... There were several boosters from sword and shield too that are now all gone. Is there anything I can do to get them back?

I am very sorry but I don’t think there is anything to get them back. I think that when one of the apps have scanned a QR code when you scan it on the other app it recognizes that you have scanned it before. sorry 😞

Have you scanned the QR codes you used on the old app?

Pff if that amount of crystals is supposed to compensate for the amount of decks I had on the previous app then they have some questions to answer.
I get that you can't re-use codes but I used the same account in both TCG Online and TCG Live so it doesn't compute for me.
Guess I'll have to take this up with the game makers. Figured I'd ask the community first to see if I was the only one with this problem.
