Path to the Peak stadium blocks Radiant Greninja from using "Concealed Cards".

  Path to the peak blocks ALL Pokémon with rule boxes from using abilities, including radiant Pokémon. If you look under the character artwork it says "Radiant Pokémon Rule: You can't have more than 1 Radiant Pokémon in your deck."

  Yes, it is supposed to do this. Radient Greninja has a Rule Box.

  It has been brought to my attention that Radiant Pokemon have a rule box. It is placed under the portrait.

  Radiant Greninja has a rule box, so this is correct. It's always been this way. That's not a bug.
