    I’m really disappointed… I was looking forward to the update because Paradox Rift seems like a super cool set, but low and behold I can’t even boot the game. Also, the fact that changing your devices time zone is the ONLY current workaround? How does that even happen??? Did they even test this update before releasing it?????

    Hallo Community,

    ich habe eine Lösung für Smartphone Android User gefunden, die den Fehler 10099 beheben.

    Wechseln Sie dazu in den Telefoneinstellungen unter "Region" ihr Land auf "Kanada". Melden Sie sich anschließend erneut ingame an, danach sollte das Problem behoben sein und ihr könnt die Region wieder auf euer jeweiliges Land stellen.

    I tried to play both on my IPhone and IPad but still got the error 10099. I reinstall the app as well but didn't work out

    After the update, i cannot play anymore, neither on android, nor IOS..

    I changed my Time zone to Canada and now it works! That is concerning.

    Same here, i reinstalled the game on pc and mobile. But i still get the error.

    I tried change time zone to US / Canada. Can access the app normally, but unable match any game, just showing "unexpected server error"

    very frustrating.
