Still no updates on Error 10099?

• Changed my Timezone to UTC-8
• Could start the Game
• Changed all clothes on my Avatar which appeared white (might be irrelevant)
• Changed Timezone back and could still start the game

I confirm changing my phones timezone from +1 to -4 did the trick

It's probably the time verification code in the program that gets tht C-side's time , not the server time.

Same to me, I tried reinstalling everything, but it still doesn't work.
