Bug in trying to exchange for blastoise Vmax and blastoiseV

I originally had 2,025 exchange tokens when I decided to exchange for blastoise Vmax and blastoiseV , but then after I tried to exchange for blastoise Vmax it said error we couldn’t exchange but still took my exchange tokens witch cost about 1,000 tokens. Then I tried to exchange for blastoiseV and it said the same thing and also took my exchange tokens witch cost around 800 tokens. So could you please get either my tokens back to me or my cards that I was trying to exchange for. Thank you.

    Reload your game. You most likely have the cards. This bug has been around since launch, but the cards are always there next time you open the app. Just restart when it happens.


    I'm terrified of the monstrosity you're trying to build with those cards though lol
