My brother caught a shiny Dhelmise that spawned in the overworld in his Sword savefile. As far as he knows, it's most likely a shiny with square sparkles.

For context, Dhelmise has a 1% chance of spawning (randomly and in the overworld) on Galar Route 9. The chance of a Pokemon being square-shiny is roughly 1 in 16,834 - that's twice as rare as the shiny odds in the 2D games!

To add to the insanity, he wasn't shiny-hunting at all! He was in the middle of a Poison-types-only run!

My lucky shiny hunt, was Hisui-Zorua, but as soon as I hunt, I get OTHER shinys, so I think, "YAY..!"

Actually, wait I change my answer. One day during a Dratini Outbreak I found 2 full odds shinies (Lycanroc and Golduck) back to back, and then found a shiny Dratini, all within 5 minutes.

In Violet I was trying to find a Donphan to add to my Pokedex (yes, I beat the game over six months ago and still don't have a Donphan) and I did find one, along with a few Phanpy, but as a walked up to it I noticed that one of the Phanpy was a lighter shade of blue than all the rest. I battled it and it was shiny. So... now I have a shiny Donphan. Tbh that's my only full-odds shiny. And today I caught a shiny Lurantis from a mass outbreak after murdering like 40 other Lurantis.

2-to 3 weeks ago I found 3 shiny Pokemon in Pokemon Go without a Community Day, I also caught a shiny Lechonk the day it came out, and shiny Charmander was my first spawn for its Community Day classic

I'm not much of a shiny hunter, but my luckiest might be my first, Shiny Budew, which I caught in Platinum while escorting Cheryl. Cheryl didn't K.O. Budew. Alternatively, when I ran into a shiny Inkay, not knowing it was going to be shiny in Sword. I was just going to catch it for the Dex.

Third change's the charm. I was resetting my outbreaks for thirty minutes when I stumbled upon a Tropius Outbreak and Grumpig Outbreak. These used to be my favorite Pokemon growing up, so I went over to their outbreaks. At Tropius's outbreak, I was killing them, as usual, when a shiny spawned in at 45 KOs, which is crazy. I caught her, named her Bananer', and went to the Grumpig outbreak. There, the shiny spawned in at ANOTHER 45 KOs, which is crazy, so I caught him and named him Wally. Then, since I felt lucky, I went back to the Tropius Outbreak, killed the remaining 15 for max odds, and started partying with all the Tropius, since thy are Good Bois. And when I turn around again, A SECOND ONE spawns in. Her name is Aloha. After that, I knew my luck was up, so I hopped on PLA for at least one extra shiny. And lo and behold, after about 30 min-1 hour of playing I found not only ANOTHER shiny Kirlia (The Ralts line just always shines for me, it's weird), but also a Munchlax AND a Quilava, so I evolved him since I already got one.

Now I have the whole Cyndaquil line but no Oshawott :'(
