No Crystals for unopened items

Hi,


As per title, I successfully migrated my account to PTCG Live, which had 125 unopened boosters. As a result, I got a grand total of zero crystals to show for.


Is there any milestone to reach in order to unlock the rewards? Is it a bug? Anyone else with the same problem?

    Same. Had exactly 125 packs (90 go and 35 lor) all cards migrated but no crystals for unopened packs. Also did not get second copy of zacian.

    You'll want to put in a support ticket. You may have to respond multiple times before they actually read the message instead of sending an auto response. Apparently you can also request that they escalate the issue if they keep on responding with form letters.
