Why are some cards that I’ve redeemed not appearing in my library?

I just redeemed a few packs and was lucky enough to get gold 3 Raquaza VMAX’s…but when i went to check my library they weren’t there? I also have premium unlocked and i can’t see the golden super rod or golden nest ball that I’ve earned there either. Am i not looking in the right place? When looking at the Evolving skies card gallery, the cards are lit up as if I own them but, just can’t find them to put into my deck! Any help would be much appreciated :)
