cant use some of my redeemed Pokémon

when i opened the packs i redeemed they showed gave me cards then when i went to add the cards to my deck not all of them appeared in response to me seeing this i left the game and restarted it 5 times in hopes it would fix it but it did not when i go to check expansions to see if i own the card it says i do but it won't show in my deck please help with this i kept the codes just in case but i got cards i really wanted to add and understandably I'm annoyed by not being able to use them
