Turn suddenly ended without user interaction

I was still thinking about which card to play during my turn when my turn suddenly ended. There wasn't a timer running and I most certainly didn't click the end turn button. So far this has happened only once but if this happens more often I'm not so sure if I still want to play. You make hundreds of millions of dollars with selling pokemon cards but you can't even make a smooth running game that is free of glitches such as those. For shame!!!!!!!
