How high(level wise) can we go on the learn set for Pokemon? Level 20? Alolan Vulpix learns Icy Wind at level 16 on SV so yay? Btw, for everyone else.
Choose two Tier 2 level up options. Additionally, your Proficiency goes up by 1 and you get another Experience to utilize. I think I'll take the Barter skill for trading with Merchants/vendors and should stack nicely with Affable. For level up options, I'm going to increase my Evasion and save the last one(for now) because I think learning a new Pokemon move is another option besides the usual for DH. Oh and my level 2 Domain card will be Shadowbind.

that means @Lonestar85 you get the rosewild armor and a bag with 5 blast seeds when you throw a blast seed the target must get out of the way or take major damage for rosewild armor it has a base threshold of 11/23 with a base score of 5 and has the feature hopeful: when you would spend a hope, you can mark an armor slot instead.

@oshoBug the bladed fan does d8+3 phy damage (one-handed) with melee range but uses your weakest stat in Prescence so every time you use it it subtracts 1 from your total and has the parry feature when you are attacked, roll this weapon's damage dice. if any of the attacker's damage dice rolled the same value as your dice, the matching results are discarded from the attacker's damage dice before the damage you take is totaled
the dual flask can hold 2 different liquids you can swap between them by flipping a small switch on the flask's side
