I can play it on my Mac but not on my PC, both are connected to same Wi-Fi network. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Do you have a VPN activated on your phone? Or even a private DNS connection. I had this problem at the beggining and it was the reason

There is a maintenance currently going on. Once everything is back online, can you let me know if you're still having trouble accessing the game?

Welcome to the club. I'm locked out post-migration since launch. They just assume you're not in Canada once you show them you're on a public DNS. You could send them an internet bill with your actual address and they'd still doubt you.

After 2/3 weeks the only solution I found was to completely (COMPLETELY) reset your pc and reinstall windows. This take anywhere between 0.5 to 6 hours to do.

You certainly do NOT have to reinstall windows. You could just release and renew your IP as this would refresh your connection and give you a new IP(google it). Re-installing the game may be needed too but probably not.

ipconfig /renew doesn't work. lol.

I just recently started having this problem yesterday, I tried repairing the game, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, release/renew IP and none of these solutions worked.
Has anyone figured out a solution?
