Game shutting down out of nothing

When I am playing ptcg live, it keeps on going with shutting down the game out of nowhere. It doesn't matter if I am playing a game or doing something else, it just shuts down.

This is irritating me so much, someone has some help for me?

    Yes the same is happening to me. Usually during a game and when it seems I might really take off. Actually twice after I used the candy. It is really discouraging and makes me not want to play at all.

    It happens sometimes indeed... but if it's happening too often like daily that could be an issue on your end.

    Is your device outdated or does it meet the game's recommended specifications?
