You missed it yesterday @Hades0918 ! We were having soooooo much fun with either a full team or four and randoms for a couple hours 😁. Had to since Anniversary stadium is going away soon. Time flew. Too much fun!!

Indeed, if your team is really bad or has a bot and the opponents are decent it's really hard to win.
Anyway my win rate is still higher than most... I'm only Master tho... to me Legend is extremely hard to get, so I'm not even trying to reach it... just playing for fun, not competitively at all.

I use defenders as my mains in ranked (and occasionally allrounders).
So many times the random matched trainers in solo-queued ranked matches fight over being attackers that I go with what I know we need. Then I try to make it work. I've lead charges as the tank deflecting dmg away from my squishy teammates so many times. Doesn't always work, but more often then not, a good defender is definitely needed. Just as the other roles all contribute too. But, battles can be won even when the team isn't what some consider "balanced". I've done it and seen it too.
I just go into ranked with fingers crossed and knowing I may come out ranting at the end or might even make a new friend if its the opposite... It's all luck of the draw now.

Agree... and I really don't like how those who choose first almost never go for a defender or support... it's almost always attackers, so the bottom players are left to balance the team.
And also, what's up with those who keep changing their Pokemon nonstop… are they that nervous lol

I like to pick my defender first 😁 so I don't have to fight for it either.
I believe trainers who play via Switch have to scroll individually through their Pokemon licenses. They don't select Pokemon with just a single touch or a swipe of the finger like mobile players.
Then again, I'm not sure exactly how that works just based on observation from playing with friends who play via Switch.

But as you scroll .… Doesn't it show up on your box at the bottom? It looks like it has not been confirmed yet but I see the order they scroll through. Infact, that causes trouble when my friends are trying to get to a specific pokemon and they have to go in order through all of their licenses... They have more than me (I recounted... I have 77 but I do not use them all, barely even half of them). Sometimes they run out of time scrolling. Fortunately they are good with pretty much all of them so it ends up ok, usually.
