Queue for Ranked bugged

Spent 5 minutes trying to queue into a tanked match. It’s kept having the “Cancel” button remove, notifying itself that a match has been found. And then, it cancels the match without me touching anything. I then reloaded the game, and now I’m rank 620 in the Greninja League…. I was 720 in the Houndour League. So why did I lose 100 Rank Points while not getting into a match?

I got in a game earlier and it said ''waiting on opponent). I ended up conceding after a couple minute wait and got the lost for it

Same for me, just lost 80 points. Cancel button disappears just like you say, but the match does not show and cancel button reappears. It used to happen in the past but now it happens very often. I looks like I am in the match but I don't know about it because the app is not loading the table for me.
