Why I can't add some cards to my deck?

I got them all, but when i create a deck they don't appear; they only appear in my cards collection.
some of the cards are Crobat V, Mary, velox ball, arceus dialga palkia, evolution incense and others

Are you creating a deck for the standard format? If so, you won't be able to access expanded cards. You need to set your ranked ladder to expanded from the home screen to be able to make an expanded deck.
The cards you're trying to use have rotated out of the standard format, so they are only playable in expanded.
