I've been here for about 2 years, I've never been consistent, and I often leave for fairly long amounts of time.
I highly recommend taking a mental health break and returning when you're feeling better.
These forums have seen me grow and change in a lot of ways and it's been special to be apart of things.
You will not be forgotten, your impact here has burned a permanent mark on this community.

Also, you can't really complain about this not being a safe place if you're going to be using bad language. This is a community easily accesible to kids, and it should remain that way.

It’s a joke because one of the rules is “no moderation of other user use the mods” and it’s a joke based oof like “tagging mods is technically moderation”

There is no easing the fact that I am waiting for another forums to open up. It also allows young people but has some cursing. I like it here but am left wanting for more interweaving of getting to know one another. You all are making this out as if, because I posted what I did, I need to make this a critique of the forums when it isn't at all. We as people all have different personalities. My idea is there are a few people who post too much and it drives competition(over news and things possible to share) away from allowing this place to be free market.
I don't wish you all the best because I'm not leaving, this is how I felt for a long time(as lonely as it is I feel great about being so for helping others experience pokemon in a forum), and want others to make the most of it.
