How Do I Get My Info From Switch to Phone in Champions?

When I use the Support ID Query (spelling?) it also asks for a password

I don't have a password, though

I tried my Nintendo Account and Trainer Account passwords as well as a few others

I even tried no password thinking it might be a trick question!

None of it worked

I tried Googling it but that wasn't helpful at all

Can anyone help me?
