[Pokémon TCG Live] Maintenance Notice

[Android] Can't login, button greys out

Hey, just downloaded the app onto my Android phone (Pixel 6 Pro), using my existing credentials. After pressing the Log In button, the button itself becomes greyed out, but then seems that it fails to continue past that point. The other buttons on the UI are still responsive, but the log in fails to proceed. There are no errors as well,and hangs on the "Log in to your Pokémon Trainer Club account" page.

I've reinstalled the app a few times at this point, as well as gone through the migration process on my PC to avoid any first-time user issues to no avail. Wondering if something behind the scenes might be happening, or if there might be some logs I can pull up with some error messages.

    Mobile version is broken iOS u can log in but crashes before u can do anything android won’t let u login the iOS issue been around since December 2022

    I've been having this same issue for months. Contacted support and just got the run around until finally they said they're aware of the issue but couldn't say when or if it would be fixed.
