thinking about it I feel like the psychics would have the advantage in knowledge but even then the game still comes down to luck, so I think a dark type would end up being the most skilled at the UNO metagame because they tend to use sneaky and underhanded moves like Foul Play and Snatch so they could probably hide some good cards when they need it or distract the other players

thinking about it I feel like Psychic would know everyone's plans but even then the game still comes down to luck to who can win, so I think dark types would end up being strong in practice because they tend to be sneaky and do anything to win, or fairy types like Togekiss that have innate super luck and would win naturally.
