Heyo!
Wait, hold on
@PokeMom244 and @Dragonfly102024
Does being called "Bro" "Dude" and "Guys" bother y'all?
For me those are terms for everyone
I even call my mom those!
They don't really have a gender behind them to me despite technically being for males
However, if those bother y'all I'll stop and I'm sorry

Hello!
For me, "hey guys" as in there are multiple people you're addressing at once, is like saying "hey you all" or "hey y'all"... I'm used to that and it doesn't even register as gender specific.
If you said "hey guy!" to get my attention I'd be like "wait up, I'm not a guy, I'm a gal" and I'd be quick to inform you of such. "Guy" in the singular, in my opinion, is gender specific.
Dude or dudes is similar but different, because "dude" is/was used back in the days the way people seem to use "bro" or "bru" now. It just depends on who is saying it to me, if that's the way they talk to everyone and they do so without thinking about it like it's part of their standard language exclamations or usages. However if they are purposely saying it to be annoying and talk down to me then I'd put them in check.
Hmmmm "bro" is one I'm getting used to but as long as it's used in a similar way as "dude/dudes" then I'm cool with it, and it even makes me laugh because so much can be said with three little letters especially irl. If you use it like you're directing sarcasm towards me (or worse, like them be f1ght'n words), I'll tell you "I ain't your bro, bro." or I ignore it.
TBH, back in the days, I actually felt more accepted if the guys (males) who were my friends and we were hanging out together or whatever, would actually treat me the same as they treated each other. There was more comraderie (spelling?) going on, so it was all good. Like I wasn't just some chick but actually more of an equal... I don't know if that makes sense.....
Hmmmm TMI?

Heyo!
Not TMI to me!
I enjoy the D Lore!
I do use the terms for everyone and in a real life I would refer to a female as "that guy"
A guy is a person for me
BUT!!!
I know you said if they refer to everyone as bro or dude it doesn't bother you, but I've got something better than those for you and @PokeMom244!
I don't know if y'all had a great childhood like I did, but I grew up watching a show called Jessie, and in it there is a male nanny (calls himself "the Manny") who calls makes "bro" and females "brocita" (I think he tried to make it sound Spanish)
THAT IS WHAT I SHALL USE FROM NOW ON!!!
