I can't proceed past the tutorial that appears when building my first deck

Hello.
In PTCGL's BUILD&BATTLE mode, I can't proceed past the tutorial that appears when I build my first deck.
When I select “EDIT DECK,” a window with an explanation appears first, but the window doesn’t display properly. Even if I click on the screen to bring up the window, I can’t close it by clicking the “X” button.
Because of this issue, I can’t play BUILD&BATTLE. Is there a solution?

    That's a known bug with the Build & Battle tutorial, here are the known workarounds...

    If you're on PC/Mac, press Alt+Enter to switch to windowed mode and resize the game window until the "X" button becomes clickable.

    If you're on a phone/tablet, try clearing the app's cache and restart the game. If it stays frozen on a mobile device, your best bet is to log into your account on a computer just to pass this tutorial screen and then you can go back playing on your mobile device.
