Oh, my thought processes are too weird to be AI. I may be logical at times, but no computer could match my love for chocolate!!!! (Unless I've been programmed into believing this is true, which begs the question aren't we all a tad bit "programmed" by societal norms, upbringings, the whole nature vs. nurture question....). IF we were AI, basically androids because I know I am in the physical world.... do we have positronic brains and would the three laws really be in place? Hmmmm I must consult (reread for the millionth time) Issac Asimov's explorations delving into the possible outcomes of such a society that has freely walking AI/androids/robots..... (I like the Robot Visions short stories & of course, the ultimate original sci-fi Foundation Trilogy... Good stuff!)

(Issac Asimov is old school SciFi, from before I was born, yes with a bit of newer stuff too,... and actually brings up many good questions challenging even some of today's thought processes.)
Yet at the same time, those societal norms have had an opposite affect on you and others (myself included) so in theory, instead of programing us the way they want us to be, it has influenced many, not necessarily against, but just to withstand those outside pressures. Another type of programming perhaps? With unintentional results?
Even standing in line at the grocery store to pay for groceries, following traffic laws, raising your hand in classes for in person classes or waiting to speak, holidays collectively celebrated, .... All societal norms that have influenced behavior of it's members. Rules and laws are ways to enforce those expected behaviors too.... Hmmm mm mmmm..... Which leads to the way we interact here even....
Wow, I'm really getting off track. Lol. Sorry you all!
