What do the colors mean because some of the jungle trees are circled in red....and other things too

According to the red line, my jungle trees are included in the huebird section.... AND the villager house with the farmer that trades is in the red along with other village houses but the community wheat, carrots, potatoes, enchanting area, cows, chickens, sugar cane, lava generator, portal, and melon/pumpkin farms are being lumped into a different zone... the townhouse residential zones (where I, Pizza, @BSDuck and CP reside)? Hmmmm.... I guess...
