So I was doing my ACTs (yes, that was a while back, I just forgot) and had a brilliant idea!
For Lacosian Dragonite it will normally dark blue but you have a shiny so dark purple
It will be like Dragonair with feathery wings on its head and a horn (big and long, though) between them with a long, snake like body (but thicker)
But it has a more Dragonite-like head shape and two large wings on its back as well (it is extemely fast due to four wings (head and back))
It also resembles Dragonite with claws and feet (but its limbs are a bit longer)
Thoughts?

You rush after Jerry, also curious on what is going on. It's not hard to find the source of the boom, large smoke coming from the center of the city. You catch up to your rival and observe the scene better. There is a large group of people attacking random building and robbing people! They all have different outfits and Pokémon, but there is one thing they all share. Shoes with a T.O.P design.
"Team of Power," you grumble, grabbing a PokeBall.
"Who," Jerry questions, grabbing one of his own.
"They're-"
"An organization that does what they want when they want because they want," a familiar female voice says from behind you, cutting you off. You and Jerry turn around and see Jeremy and Jay, the two T.O.P members you battled on your way to Denki.
"Long time no see," the boy states, his cold eyes locked onto you. He has a friendly smile that doesn't seem to have any real emotion. "Last time we fought I had that pathetic Eevee. Let's rematch now that I have an actually good Pokémon!"
You begin to happily accept, but there's another loud BOOM and you look over to see a woman standing above everyone else. She is tall and stands with perfect posture and confidence. She has fiery red eyes and long golden hair that's in a ponytail. As she scans the area she spots a random trainer and uses her female Meowstic to Psychic all of his possessions from the guy. She notices you staring at her and winks before strolling away.
"Hey, stop watching our boss," Jay demands.
"That's the leader of y'all's little group," you question, glancing at the duo in front of you before turning your attention back to the place the boss used to be.
"Yup," Jeremy answers with pride. "She's the most powerful person in all the region!"
"That's a lie," Jerry exclaims with a laugh, earning himself a glare from the two villains. "The Champion is the most powerful!"
"That's only the belief because Sephoria, our boss, hasn't battled them yet," Jay states, looking furious.
They continue to argue, but you're not paying attention. If I beat her, you think, I could shut down this whole organization…
Decision time!
Chase after the leader or stick around and help Jerry with these two?
If you leave, there's no guarantee Jerry will win
You may be screwing him over
HOWEVER!!!
Choosing the boss has its benefits… if you win

I have a feeling Jerry won't win.... but am undecided as to whether we go after her or stay...... Hmmmm.... How much time do we have to decide?

I'm not sure we can beat a team leader at this point of the story, but I say we fight her and leave Jerry on his own. He can do this. There is no part of this idea that isn't completely reckless and risky, but it's a story and it might go an interesting way if we take risks.
