I have to admit, I don't think I want to work at Nintendo.
I think the perks of knowing certain information on the next game is cool and all, but you cant talk about it, and you cant enjoy it for the first time by yourself. Like when I found out Sada and Turo are AI. That was pretty cool. But i don't think i would want to be that person

I think working with Nintendo, or the Pokémon Company specifically, would be cool. I agree with others that knowing what's to come would lessen the impact when it comes out, but I could keep silent.
But on the plus side, I could act as a voice for the fans or even have somewhat of a say of what may or may not be added. I do try to reach out and share my ideas and suggestions, but there's no guarantee that they'll add them, especially if I'm the only one reaching out. But, if I'm collecting ideas and such from other fans and discussing it properly, as I pass it through to the team. Well, it might be taken in a more understanding and clear manor.
It shouldn't be forgotten that they shouldn't change the story, just to appease the fans. But, I do wish for some beloved features to return, refreshing features to be added, and for them to uphold their original slogan "Gotta Catch 'em All!"
Overall, I think I'd like to work with them, kinda on a freelance basis. I have my own stuff I'd like to work on, though I'd love to get a chance to work with one of my favorite series from time to time. (Although, if I did work with them, I'd want them to only share the information that is vital for the portions of the project I'd be working on. I don't want too many spoilers for when I play the game. That's part of why I despise leaks.)
