Catch Morgrem. Dragonair is cool, but we already have a Dragon type, and Buneary's Normal type and its later on occasional Fighting type don't add much. Also, Dark/Fairy is a cool typing.

I almost said something similar earlier... Have you seen how many moves Dragonite can learn?!?! It's AMAZING 🤩. (And also hard to choose which of them to have available in the other thread)
