Do you have chores?
Does everyone need to pay for the server? Or just the maker?

This is not including the costs of getting a pc capable of running mods, you would need a graphics card capable of running large scale mods which would probably need 6-8 gigs of vram (like a GTX 1660, easily 130$ just for the graphics card, but i am also hearing something like a GTX 960 is doing the trick which is more like 50$ but i wouldnt count on it), a decent cpu for the task (probably like a 4th gen intel minimum, recommended 7th-8th gen), enough ram (ram prices have doubled, good luck getting 2x8gb ddr4 for under 40$, get ready to pay over 80$), a solid motherboard (easy 70$), a power supply (can find used for like 20$, maybe 40$ if you need a beefier one), a good keyboard and mouse (logitech G512 hero is a very affordable and reliable mouse for like 20$, plus the matching keyboard is like 40$), and a reliable monitor (you can cut corners by using your tv but a decent 1080p monitor is like 80$ new, less used). Even for a low end rid as I described here it won't be cheap at all as it needs to be capable of running minecraft, best bet is to buy some used workstation that has a 7th-8th gen cpu and a socket that can support a decent gpu like a GTX 1050 ti or radeon equivalent.

I forgot the case, maybe an extra 40$ used, plus cpu will cost 30$ or so.
