Alr. I want to buy a Nintendo Switch 2 and have no idea where to start. I rarely make posts like this (I rarely make posts in General now) But i really want to play pokopia and waves when it comes out. As someone just trying to make some money, I just need some ideas on things I can sell. Any thoughts

Btw I want to mention I'm still a teen. Don't really want to say anything else for online safety purposes

Think of the hardest thing you can do to make the money. And don't do that.

You can work at buc-ee's. You get paid around 15-24+ dollars depending on the job. If your like a lower teen then idk you can make youtube videos. I had to work for mine becuase my family doesnt give me stuff for free so i helped my dad at work and got like 10 dollars an hour.

Do you like to make things? If there is something you enjoy making that others might want, you could try selling the items you make via in person/school associates, and/or through a trusted adult and possibly a local website (have the adult do the interactions at safe locations with strangers or use a mailing system). When I was a youngster, I made seed beaded necklaces, kids at school liked them, so I started taking orders and selling them. I also like to crochet which is something I see other people selling around here. If you know how to do that or knitting or sewing, then you can make simple accessories or even make little "plushies".

What about a service oriented business? Helping the elderly in your neighborhood clean their houses, lawn or yard maintenance (could be as simple as pulling weeds), washing neighbors cars/vehicles, dog walking, babysitting, tutoring, teaching someone a skill, etc.. Yes, it'll take a while at minimum wage, but that's to be expected as a start-up or entry level type position (even if you're your own boss, or your parent(s) are really the boss).

Hmmm also if your area still pays for recycling aluminum cans, what about collecting cans and doing so.

Make sure you run your ideas past your parental figures first and get their approval. They might have ideas that you can use too.

Remember to do a cost breakpoint analysis first to price your creations (whatever they might be) appropriately.

I would help, but I’m also trying to find this ideas also.

Maybe if you have someone in your family or someone you know, that’s a voice actor/actor, get in touch with them they might help you find a job in those industries, and also tell you how to get experience, that’s what I’m doing.

Sell cookies! That's what I do. It's super pinball, tho. A friend of mine managed to make a coffee business once…

I have been working on a story that I hope to release by summer. I dont know where id publish it though. And I dont know if I'll make it a book or a video game.

And I have thought of content creation. The only thing I'm worried about is online safety
