Those don't exist for the Switch or Switch 2.

- Insert the game cartridge into your Switch.
- Boot the Switch into custom firmware.
- Launch nxdumptool from the Homebrew Menu.
- Choose Dump Gamecard Content.
- Select output format:
- XCI (full cartridge dump)
- NSP (installable package)
- Save the dump to the microSD card.
- Move the files from the SD card to your PC.
