Most likely. People are very against the Pokemon franchise (for unfortunately very good reason) at the moment.

People are so weird, they review bomb pokemon but if you critique anything about a game they like they get all mad at you and if you play or support or like pokemon they get all mad at you and use dumb and fake criticism and call you a bootlicker even though they also are for something else

I didn't care for S/V's story, but I still say it was a good one
Especially the DLC's
Z-A's wasn't great, I'll be honest, but that's one game

S/V was opened world (as well as Arceus, which came first)
People wanted real time combat
Z-A has real time combat
Just because they don't meet all of our requests doesn't mean they are ignored
I love the franchise still and look forward to the future

The problem is that it's the highest grossing media franchise of all time. They could do better in nearly every department, they just refuse to because of money.

It’s just peoples expectations are too high they expect a free- 20$ 240fps 72K graphics with a multiple day long story and voice acting and all the pokemon they like getting something new if not they’ll complain online about the game without even playing or trying it

I have never heard anyone complain about modern Pokémon games being 60$ in the past few years, just the occasional complaint about minor Switch 2 graphical upgrades for Switch games costing an extra 10$ and it's usually aimed at Nintendo itself. Unless you're thinking about people complaining about how little Z-A MD adds to the game for its cost, in which case I think that's absolutely valid and we should not be OK with the glorified post-game side quest they gave us for the same price The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero was. Or FRLG, I've already said before it's already a high price for a game they made over 20 years ago.
