I see no reason to get FRLG other than to have a traditional Kanto game with updated Gen 9 rule set as opposed to Let’s GO mechanics with no abilities. Even then, it’s $20 for something that could have been done for half that if not less. I suppose if there is some solace is that they aren’t charging $40+ for it. If I were to get it, LeafGreen would probably be my pick. Question is will we need to do HM’s or have the Return TM for Normal types… they could do a reverse Gold/Silver with that in the postgame… now that would be worth it but we all know that won’t happen.
