I used a Potion to get Blueberry to 24 HP, Tackle got him to 2 HP, I decide there's nothing I can do but Quick Attack, I won.

"This! This is what a real Pokémon Battle is!"
As much as I hate Cheren now, I have to agree, that was intense. It made me remember why I love Nuzlockes, apart from using new Pokémon.

Ran in some dark grass and encountered a Lv. 11 Sewaddle and a Lv. 10 Venipede. The Venipede poisoned both Croissant and Blueberry, then got Croissant to 3 HP with Rollout (I didn't even think Venipede could learn that at Lv. 10). I'm so underleveled.

No rain in Virbank, so I have to play with the volume off.

The first trainer I battle in Virbank Complex has a Lv. 13 Lillipup I would've lost to if it weren't for the trainer AI being so stupid, but Meadow and Blueberry are both Lv. 14 now. Croissant is Lv. 11. I'll catch a Pokémon from that area next time I play.

I haven't had any time to play it since my last update.

So, I managed to play it yesterday and today (though all I managed to do yesterday was grind). I caught a Koffing named Steak (I was pretty disappointed as I was hoping for a Magnemite, but at least I have a team of four again) and trained my whole team to Lv. 17 (16 for Koffing because its moveset being so bad made it hard to battle with) (also, Audino are a life-saving gift).
So, I thought that was enough to fight Roxie since all the other battles were Lv. 14 Pokémon. Croissant easily knocked out all the gym trainer Pokémon and Roxie's first one, getting to Lv. 18.
Then came her Lv. 18 Whirlipede with Protect, Poison Sting, and Venoshock. A terrifying combo as Poison Sting poisons therefore making Venoshock stronger, while Protect makes me waste turns where I could've healed.
I couldn't tell what pattern it was using Protect in and so I lost Croissant due to not knowing when to use Potions and when to fight. I sent out Blueberry, not knowing what to do since my team was not built to fight Poison types, and pressed Fight too quickly to strategise in mild panic, so Blueberry was lost as well. I didn't think Steak, whose moves were all so weak, who was only Lv. 16 in comparison to the Lv. 18 Whirlipede, could do anything, so I foolishly sent out Meadow before realising that's the dumbest move I could make and switching him out for Steak. I had almost given up at that point, thinking that was it for this run, I'd made so many mistakes and acted so rashly. Until I saw how Whirlipede's Venoshock did so little to Steak. Of course, how'd I forget Poison is defensively good against Poison, but I didn't think Steak could deal enough damage quick enough to get me the badge, though I was still full of hope that maybe, just maybe, this run isn't over yet. Next was a glorified stall battle of Return vs. Venoshock/Protect, and in the end, Steak, the Pokémon I was just a day ago disappointed at for just being caught, the one who'd just barely survived a battle with a Lv. 10 Audino at Lv. 14 due to how garbage its moves were (I hadn't taught it Return yet), the one who I let be the weakest of my team in level, had not only been the one to save me, but it had saved me with Return of all moves.
This is why I love Nuzlockes. Now, to wasting time in Pokéstar Studios trying to unlock everything I can there before going to Castelia!

So, I've been playing the game since this and have gotten pretty far, but I tend to forget to update because I keep playing it in situations where I can't use my phone. The first thing I did after this was putting Koffing in the first princess movie many, many, many times because you get the secret/strange ending by losing and the foe uses Psychic types that were slightly above Koffing's level. Why does that matter? Because strange movies make an absurd amount of money and this got me to max actor popularity without having played anything but that one movie, and I unlocked everything but the post-game exclusive movies and sequel movies (the latter require you to get a good ending in the movie the sequel is a sequel to). I then realised that, even if I got very rich from the amount of gifts the developers intended for late game players (I had over 50 Hyper potions before even entering Castelia and gathered what probably would've been over 100,000 Poké if I hadn't used so much on Super potions), and even though I love this game mode, I was getting exhausted and decided to just finish all four of the princess movies and also all four of the Everlasting Memories movies, with a few strange endings for the latter series, and decided to leave the rest for post-game. I left for Castelia, found a Zubat in the sewers, Xavier K.O.'d it, found a Petilil I named Salad in the small secret patch of grass in the city you need to travel through the sewers to get to, found a Roggenrola I named Meatball in the cave area, and finally went to route 4 and found a Sandile I named Peanut. I also got a singular Exp. Share (there are three in this game, but two of them are post-game exclusive. Also, you get a free shiny Gible or Dratini with one of them). I challenged Burgh with my Lv. 26 Koffing and used literally nothing else because his team is horrible. The hardest one was the Dwebble where it was basically a stall battle with Return. I went towards Nimbasa next, and decided to stop by the Desert Resort to get a Pokémon. I found N's Scraggy on my first encounter (N's Pokémon can only be found if you've used Memory Link between BW and the game, have N as an OT with a trainer ID of 00002, 30 out of 31 IVs in every stat, and a special effect like shinies have when sent out in battle). I couldn't give it a name since I'm not the OT, but I'm going to call it Banana, even if I can't name it that in-game. I didn't go into the castle because I felt like I was getting too many Pokémon too fast after the quiet of the beginning of the game.
I went to Nimbasa and played a few musicals. I used to be really good at them and did them often, even getting all props in multiple save files, one of them being White, which I Memory Linked with this game. You can carry over all your props from BW to BW2 if you Memory Link, which means I got all 100 of them immediately in W2 without doing anything. I went to route 5 and got a Minccino I named Macaron, which I replaced Salad with. I then spent multiple days grinding against the Audino in route 5 (I tried doing it in route 16 too, but I couldn't find any) and thought everyone being Lv. 26 and Meadow being Lv. 27 was enough. It was not enough. I used Peanut and beat the trainers easily, with some help from Meatball. Peanut got to Lv. 28.
After I was done beating the normal trainers, I had to fight Elesa, the master of Volt Switches. I sent out Peanut and she sent out Emolga. I switched to Meatball and defeated it with a few Rock Blast. And then came Flaaffy, and I can't really remember exactly what happened, but both Meatball was left with low HP, and Peanut lost at some point. To be honest, I'm not sure whether this happened before or after she sent it out. But I remember what happened next well. I got stuck in a Super potion spam battle across more than one day trying to wait for her Flaaffy and Zebstrika to run out of their infinite Volt Switches using either Steak and used up around 40 of the potions. Every time, Steak would get left at red or near-red HP by Zebstrika's Volt Switch and yellow HP by Flaaffy, who'd gotten hit by one Rock Blast from Meatball and one singular Return from Steak before I had to resort to spamming Super potions. After the 40 potions, I decided I should Switch out. Meadow resists Electric, is Lv. 27, and has good defenses, so I decided on sending him out. But I couldn't send him out when Flaaffy is there because it'll switch into Zebstrika instantly with its infinite Volt Switches that are the only moves both have used so far and I just knew it had Flame Charge. So, I switched out Steak when Zebstrika was out. I realised I have awesome luck because that hit happened to be a crit, which would have definitely gotten Steak from full HP to zero in a single hit. I used a single Mega Drain on Flaaffy and had to heal Meadow a few times before having to switch out. But I couldn't switch into Steak because I couldn't heal it in the turn I used to switch, I couldn't pick Peanut because it had fainted already, I couldn't pick Meatball because it had low HP, and I couldn't pick Banana because there's no way it could do anything here and I really don't want it to faint since it's one of N's Pokémon. So I sent out Macaron. It did some good damage but lost quick. I can't remember what exactly happened here, but I'd healed Meatball at some point and sent it out and won by using Rock Blast many times. Peanut evolved while fainted and was Lv. 29. Next should be Driftveil, but my team has taken a few casualties and there are Plasma grunts blocking route 5, where I'd normally train up my team. Also, I got a Solosis I named Yolk at route 16.
