Anyone ever get to play any ROM hack Pokemon games?
I really love the fan made ROM hack games as well. I think it is very awesome that fans get to remake or make games based on the Pokemon series I love to see other people's tale on their favorite games. Don't get me wrong the Original Pokemon games are the best ever made of course ❤️

I have been playing the Pokemon Black and White Genesis 3 ROM hack and that one is one of my favorites so far.
It's a remake of Black and White 2 with Pokemon Crystal version graphics..

I know someone in rl who played Pokemon Chaos Black, & Pokemon Uranium. They like the games.

@Dragonfly102024 I’ve heard of Pokemon Chaos Black I haven’t played that one yet. I have played Pokemon Black and White Genesis 3 it’s a great game. I always wanted to try Pokemon Radical Red but I can never find the link to download it.

I'm not sure what the rules are on this forum surrounding third party modifications, but based on Nintendo's usual reactions to such things, I can't imagine they look upon it too favourably. I half expect this thread to be locked.
But personally I see no issue with people modifying games they already legally own. After years of playing through the same experience, however much you love it, it can be fun to mix things up.
I personally like versions that enhance the base games with QoL features, or features from later games that would have made sense had they existed at the time.
Original stories can be very hit or miss, and have a tendency to throw in everything and the kitchen sink, just because they can.
