Not receiving bonus Aeos Gems. (only got 6000 instead of 7100)

I just bought the big Aeos Gem bundle on my Nintendo Switch and it only credited me 6000 gems instead of 7100, (went from 24 gems before purchase to 6024 immediately after) is this a known bug or how can I get the missing gems?
