I have been eating tacos ever since they started raining from the sky. Maybe if I can please the taco overlords, this never-ending hailstorm of food shall finally come to an end.

That sounds like a quesadilla... Mmmmmm.…. Yummy cheese... Those are good plain cheese or with some carne asada (or if available pollo or carnitas)! The veggie quesadillas are delicious too... Mmmm.... I'm hungry now.... I think I have s few tortillas left.... Time to ra1d the fridge!

I like my tacos more traditional... corn tortillas (small white soft ones), carna asada (or pollo or carnitas), with just onions and cilantro, no hot sauce. The americanized crunchy tacos are ok but different. Crunchy tostadas are delicious in all their varieties too, whether it is with refried beans, meat &cheese or the shrimp (cold) with pico de gallo & avocado (hmmm, it's been a while since I've made those). As for burritos, too many choices, too much good stuff. A couple days ago I just made the simple version with charro beans, cheese (queso), and ground beef, but when ordering out, carnitas is my absolute fav! Mmmmm, I could ramble for a long time since I'm hungry but I'll conclude with... I like them all (hot sauce only when I'm in the mood though)
