Na you get scrambled eggs, omelets, custard or pudding, French toast, quiche, and as part of pancake or waffle batter.

Yup! I agree. On those mix waffle or pancake batter (like BirchBenders) I always replace the "just add water" part with milk and add egg. Just turns out better. When it's a scratch recipe, well, that usually calls for milk & eggs.

Good idea! I've never made ice cream cake but I know someone who did. Basically what they said to do is bake the cake (two pans or one then slice it in half horizontally), soften ice cream (they actually microwaved it for a few seconds or you could leave it out), then after the cake part is cooled, put one part down, then a softened layer of ice cream then the other cake, the "frost" it with more softened ice cream, then put the whole think in the freezer. Wah-lah! ICE CREAM CAKE
