EUIC Ticket Bugged
I tried to purchase only 1 adult ticket and 1 youth ticket for EUIC. When confirming the order, it only listed the selection I made. However when confirming, it decided to add an Additional adult, and youth then charged me a total of £60.
How can I remove the duplicate passes?
The whole process was not streamline and I don't understand why it would have added these.

Unfortunately, the systems seem to have a bug where extra spectator passes are added during checkout even when they aren't added. This suggests that there could be a potential ticketing system bug. There have been some occasional minor issues with registration as of late, you aren't the only one to have had this issue either! I suggest contacting "Play! Pokémon Support" The official support team are the only people able to give you a correction or refund. I hope that this helps!
