Contacting Support is useless… See their reply on ticket #3607374:
Thank you for contacting Pokémon Support. Please try the following if you are experiencing latency issues with Pokémon Unite on the Nintendo Switch.
- Make sure you are playing on a stable, strong internet connection.
- Be certain your Nintendo Switch is updated to the latest software version.
- On the Nintendo Switch, navigate to System Settings > System > Date and Time. Check that Synchronize Clock via Internet is set to On. Also make sure that the date and time displayed on the Nintendo Switch are correct.
- Restart your console by holding down the power button for three seconds. Select Power Options then Restart. If the console does not respond, hold down the power button for twelve seconds to force it to shut down. Then, power it on again.
- If possible, try restarting your router since there may be a limit to how many wireless devices your network can support.
- Change the way your Nintendo Switch connects to the internet (Wi-Fi, LAN, or mobile hotspot)
- Clear Pokémon UNITE's cache from the Start menu (before logging into the game) by selecting Clear Cache (Press Zr).
Note that the above are tips that have worked for some players. We cannot guarantee that the same advice will work for all players.
Thank you for supporting Pokémon!

And they immediately closed the case. I provided a clip and everything about how and when it happened but they dismissed this.0
