I can finally play again. I'm about to fight Team Neo Plasma for the first time.

Nevermind? It was just an encounter. I forgot you don't fight the grunt since I haven't played in over 2 years.

Sometimes I forget Pokémon games like to focus on either gameplay or story and almost completely forget the other, and BW2 was a gameplay focused game (likely to contrast BW focusing on story). It wouldn't hurt to try to let players figure the story and characters out themselves.

Alright, I'm going to train my other team members now by switching them in and out and grinding for who knows how long... forced Exp. Share is bad, but I miss the Key Item variant. Having to spend all this time on grinding and switching out Pokémon is pointless and the only Pokémon that maybe suffers from the Key Item variant is Magikarp, which felt a lot different to train in gens 1-5.

I do enjoy grinding, especially with graphics this good and the turn based battle system, but it's annoying to do when you don't have the amount of free time a child has and just want to play the actual game. Croissant is level 10 now.

By the way, I'm genuine about liking grinding in these games. I have a full Lv. 100 team in my B2 save file, though there were three I added after the post-game who only got to that point thanks to Join Avenue and Rare Candies. I guess that's irrelevant and doesn't contribute anything to my previous comments, but I just wanted to mention it since it's one of my biggest Pokémon achievements. All of them are N's Pokémon I caught thanks to Memory Link.

Blueberry is Lv. 10. I can finally play the actual game after well over an hour of grinding.
