Player idling for 1 minute after abandoning, remains unpenalized
The mechanism should be written as ¹'consumable time' and prevent other players exploit it by resetting the idle penalty .
Mechanism should do this; If a player is stationary for ²10+ secs, the penalty will start their ¹remaining countdown until automatically penalized, and will pause whenever the player moves. (Only the ²10+ secs idle resets. Not to confused with strategic waiting/ambush)

If your Idle you move on auto move so if you go get a snack realy quick it will play by itselfe.
