In the mainline Pokémon games (Gen 1–9), identify a Pokémon that satisfies all of the following conditions simultaneously:

It is able to legally learn a move by level-up that
– has 0 base power,
– is not a status move (i.e., its category is “Physical” or “Special”),
– and the move’s primary in-battle effect is not damage.

The Pokémon must be able to have an ability that
– can activate without the Pokémon taking direct damage,
– and the activation condition is not weather, terrain, or entry hazards.

The Pokémon’s typing combination must include one type that has never been paired with its other type prior to Gen 5.

The Pokémon must not be obtainable in the wild in its debut generation.

I enter somehow and my Delphox explode everything using Fire Blast. The Chaos Orb is still in the sun, though it's now a white dwarf star instead of the orange sun you see everyday, so the still existing Chaos leads to the place now being overgrown with plants instead of exploded.
