Lets be honest, Pokemon is a bit of a glorified game of rock, paper, scissors.
But, I'd like to ask, if you played the game, what did you think of the gameplay in Violet, is it challenging? I'm thinking of buying the new game this month but not sure.

None offense taken, I like both. Plus roleplay aspects can be optional.

Pokemon Violet was only challenging for me because I :
- Didn't know what order to go in until I searched it up (nearly died to water gym with Florgato and Kilowattrel on deck)
- Couldn't over-level myself due to the new system in-place
- Didn't know the difference between physical and special attack (This is my second REAL Pokemon game, give me a break)
- Couldn't find where to get most held items (Delibird Presents)
- Barely passed the Normal Type Gym Challenge
- Lagged out too much
- Got swarmed by Tauros multiple, multiple times.
- Chose the starter that creams the others in speed, but falls in dead last in every other stat category except attack.
So yeah, it's not that hard (unless ur a noob like me).
